Off Duty Civil Process LLC is a family owned and operated business with small town values and big city goals. Off Duty Civil process was established to fulfill the need to have a qualified, professional and competent process server for south rural Texas. Realizing there was a need for a private process server in Medina County, Atascosa County and Frio county areas, Off Duty Civil Process LLC was created.


Off Duty Civil Process LLC started off as DBA in 2019 with coverage limited to a Tri-County area. We developed our skills and obtained quality experience which led us to be become a highly sought after process serving company in the area. With God’s goods grace and good work ethic we have expanded our coverage area to provide service in 8 different counties within our geographical area.


Off Duty Civil Process LLC strives to provide the best service in the most professional, courteous, and compassionate manner possible.


Our name Off Duty Civil Process is a spin off from a career as Texas Peace officer in which our founding member Justin Fonseca excelled in. Summary of experience


Licensed as a Texas Peace Officer for 9 years. Hold certifications and licenses as a Process Server, Private Investigator, Intermediate Peace Officer, Basic Criminal Investigator, Mental Health Officer, Sexual Assault Family Violence Investigator,  Advance Child Abuse Investigator and as a Field Training Officer. 


Specialized training in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE), Methamphetamine Investigations, Narcotics and Dangerous Drug Investigations,  Patrol Officer Drug Investigations and in Forensic Photography.


Attended training and seminars through the South Texas High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA), Texas Municipal Police Association (TMPA), Texas District and County Attorneys Association (TDCAA). Training includes, but not limited to, "Traffic Stops, The Law, and Court", Advanced Vehicle Contraband and Concealment, and DPS Interdiction for Protection of Children.


Attended professional development training hosted by agencies such as Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), Alamo Area Law Enforcement Agency (AACOG), Texas Department of Public Safety LEA, and the Middle Rio Grande LEA.
